Welcome to Spreadle. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Spreadle provides custom web development, mobile application development, and software solutions. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate project proposal or invoice provided to the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary assets (text, images, logos, API keys) required for project completion in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets will result in a delay in the project delivery timeline.
3. Revisions and Scope Creep
Our development packages include a set number of revision rounds as defined in your project proposal. Any feature requests or major design changes outside the original agreed-upon scope will be billed as additional work at our standard hourly rate.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final and full payment, the client owns the rights to the final custom code and designs produced for their specific project. Spreadle reserves the right to use screenshots or links to the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Spreadle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services, third-party hosting failures, or software bugs.
